- Develop processes to clarify license positions and lead cross-functional teams through true-ups and audit responses.
- 4+ years of experience in software contract negotiation or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize costs, mitigate risks, and accumulate information from multiple sources.
- Proven Excel/Google Sheets skills for data mapping and cleansing.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software agreements.
- Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools and technologies.
- Ability to guide technical teams on optimizing their software licensing.
