Role Description:

The Customer Solution Product Specialist Lead is responsible for assisting in pre-sales and sales activities to understand client requirements, including solution architecture, hosting, security, and implementation.

This role ensures the smooth transition of the full solution to the implementation team. Key accountabilities include gaining an in-depth understanding of the client's operational/business processes to recommend the solution that best meets their needs.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Required skills and qualifications include experience in health system integration, strong understanding of best practice integration, data, and security implementation.

  • Ability to provide technical leadership and negotiate outcomes with technical, business, and SME stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality written documentation and articulate information clearly via meetings, presentations, and workshops.
