Quality Assurance Specialist

The position of Quality Assurance Specialist plays a pivotal role in the effective operation of our Quality and Food Safety Management System. This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless compliance with certification requirements and Group standards across our site in Sydney, Australia.

This Quality Assurance Specialist monitors and drives adherence to quality management systems, including ISO 22000:2018, HACCP, and other regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess experience managing sites certified to multiple standards and have a proven track record of incident investigation and resolution management.

Responsibilities include providing guidance and support to a team of quality control personnel, managing laboratory staff, equipment, calibration, and testing activities, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to continually improve quality through related functions, such as equipment reliability, safety, planning, procurement, and distribution.
