Job Title:

Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and integrity in all products. This role is part of a production facility and reports to the Plant Quality Manager.

  • Implement and maintain a quality system according to industry standards.
  • Develop, update and sustain a food safety system based on recognized models.
  • Manage product release criteria, including net contents, sensory programs, CCPs, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Develop and maintain procedures for managing finished product release criteria.
  3. Conduct validation and verification of preventive controls.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Food Technology or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant quality experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, production quality and control processes.
  • Experience in project management, risk assessment, and people management.
