**Job Title:** Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a passion for ensuring high-quality products to join our dynamic team in Sydney.

As a QA Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the operations of the business, ensuring products are built to a high standard and components received from suppliers meet quality expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform product assembly and quality control inspections to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
  • Utilize RF equipment to test and validate the functionality of electronic components.
  • Troubleshoot problems with electrical equipment, conducting thorough investigations and implementing effective solutions to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain accurate build and quality control documentation throughout production batches.
  • Conduct incoming goods inspections to verify the quality of materials and components and update the quality checkpoints in the system.
  • Manage quality issues with suppliers, proactively resolving any issues and generating non-conformance reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality concerns and improve overall processes.
  • Conduct final product packing and inspection to ensure compliance with customer requirements before goods are shipped to end customers.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

* Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Officer preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.

* Experience maintaining build and quality control documentation in a production environment.

* Strong technical expertise in product assembly and good understanding of RF equipment.

* Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical equipment and resolving technical issues.
