About the Role

The Support Coordinator will play a key role in delivering exceptional office administration services to our Therapy Team. This permanent full-time position requires a highly organized and communicative individual who can effectively manage therapy appointments, provide excellent customer service, and collaborate with team members.

  • Managing daily office duties and providing administrative support to the Therapy Team.
  • Scheduling and coordinating therapy sessions, ensuring seamless communication and efficient use of time.
  • Maintaining accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, along with a Full Victorian Driver's license, NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance, Working with Children's Check (Employee), and valid Australian Working Rights.
