Job Title: Family Support Coordinator

This role offers a supportive environment for career progression and development.

You will have the opportunity to work with a leading regional health service, providing teaching and supportive staff.

  • The Family Support Coordinator will provide clinical oversight to the development and facilitation of a group-based parenting program for parents and caregivers of children accessing The Infant, Child and Family Health and Wellbeing Hub.

The programs will be evidence-based and focused on helping parents develop effective strategies for responding to their child's behaviors and emotions, as well as strengthening relationships within the family dynamics.

  • Key responsibilities include assessing participant needs and referring them to appropriate services (internal and external), ensuring ease of access for parents to attend groups, and facilitating face-to-face delivery in regional areas, after hours, or on weekends.
