Role Description

This is a casual role for a Mental Health Worker located in Bendigo, VIC, with some work from home acceptable. The Mental Health Worker will be responsible for providing mental health support, conducting case management, and creating individualized care plans. Daily tasks include offering one-on-one support, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and conducting assessments to ensure the well-being of clients. The role also involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.

Qualifications

  • Possess Interpersonal Skills and Social Work experience
  • Background in Psychology and Mental Health support
  • Experience in Case Management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant qualifications in mental health, social work, psychology, or related field
  • Experience with NDIS and disability support is a plus
