About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned B2B Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy and marketing campaigns globally, with a focus on APAC and the Middle East. As a key member of our marketing team, you will collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives across Brand, Product, and Sales to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute high-quality, targeted content across all channels (website, blog, email, social media, case studies, videos) to support lead generation and business growth.
  • Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience and sets Pulse iD apart from competitors.
  • Support sales teams by developing sales collateral (e.g., pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers) that clearly articulate Pulse iD's value proposition.
  • Partner with clients to develop co-branded materials that explain innovative customer experiences powered by Pulse iD.
  • Oversee Pulse iD's participation in industry conferences, including event sponsorships, logistics, and PR and promotional strategies.
  • Track and analyze content and campaign performance metrics, providing insights and making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in fintech, enterprise technology, or retail banking.
  • Proven ability in content development and writing, turning complex concepts into high-impact content.
  • Expertise in SEO, CRM, and website optimization (CRO) and performance media.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, CRM platforms).
  • Versatile marketer, creative problem-solver, and excellent communicator.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a growth mindset, ready to contribute to company goals.
