We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Global Energy Management & Sales (GEMS) business unit at the ENGIE Group. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and managing our B2B energy solutions, working closely with our sales team and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies to meet the needs of our large electricity customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new products and services into our existing portfolio.
- Optimize and enhance existing offers and products to improve customer value and revenue growth.
- Manage commercial interests in pricing, booking, and hedging processes, engaging with Portfolio Representation and Optimisation (PRO), Forward Trading department, and other stakeholders.
- Perform quantitative analysis to measure performance, with a focus on overall B2B sales achievement and Mark to Market (MtM) of the B2B trading and hedging books.
Requirements:
- Commercially astute with energy markets exposure.
- Practical experience in trading and hedging practices.
- Strong ability to interpret complex agreements and commercial contracts.
- Sound analytical and time management skills.
- Outcome-focused and proactive mindset.
