About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our content strategy and marketing campaigns globally.

In this strategic and hands-on role, you will collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives across Brand, Product, and Sales to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Marketing & Paid Media Campaigns: Create and manage high-quality, targeted content across all channels (website, blog, email, social media, case studies, videos) to support lead generation and business growth.
  • Product Marketing: Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience and sets Pulse Global Limited apart from competitors.
  • Business Development Support: Work closely with sales teams to develop sales collateral (e.g., pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers) that clearly articulate Pulse Global Limited's value proposition.
  • Client Implementation Support: Partner with clients to develop co-branded materials that explain innovative customer experiences powered by Pulse Global Limited.
  • Events Management: Oversee Pulse Global Limited's participation in industry conferences, including event sponsorships, logistics, and PR and promotional strategies.
  • Metrics & Performance Analysis: Track and analyze content and campaign performance metrics, providing insights and making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

What We're Looking For

  • Min 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in fintech, enterprise technology, or retail banking.
  • Proven ability in content development and writing, turning complex concepts into high-impact content.
  • Expertise in SEO, CRM, and website optimization (CRO) and performance media.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, CRM platforms).
  • Versatile marketer, creative problem-solver, and excellent communicator.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a growth mindset, ready to contribute to company goals.
