About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Sales Operations Partner to join our Global Energy Management & Sales (GEMS) ANZ business. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in accelerating the transition to a carbon-neutral economy by managing allocated new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a standard of excellence in sales data and metrics, driving high standards across the sales team for data quality and sales pipeline management.
  • Assist the Sales team to collect, analyze, and understand market feedback and trends to promote the competitiveness of the B2B Supply business.
  • Accountability for ENGIE's contractual status with external Third Party Intermediaries (TPI).
  • Assist to project manage upgrades and enhancements to the ENGIE CRM platform.
  • Set the standards and monitor best practice utilization of the technology, and compliance.
About You

We are looking for a commercially mature and astute individual with exposure to a data-driven sales environment and CRM. You should have a respectful and collaborative approach to team, sound analytical and time management skills, and an outcome-focused and proactive mindset.
