We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Scheduling Administrator to join our team.

About the Role

This is a great chance to start in a new permanent, full-time role in a dynamic office environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling work for various teams and ensuring the integrity of our Work Management System.
  • Coordinating communications and resolution of day-to-day queries and issues with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Managing files on calendar to pre-empt following weeks' activities.
  • Ordering materials to site as needed.
  • Following up jobs with supervisors for clarification.
  • Confirming jobs ready with building supervisors for the next day.
  • Managing queries from on-site supervisors.
  • Communicating updates and prioritizing tasks with supervisors.
  • Monitoring outstanding Extra to Schedule (ETS's) and chasing clients for Purchase Orders (PO).

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Business Management, or related field.
  • Effective communication and time management skills.
  • Experience in scheduling is highly regarded.
  • Advanced computer skills.
