About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Relations Advisor to join our team at the University of Adelaide. As a key member of our HR Advisory and Workplace Relations portfolio, you will play a critical role in providing specialist IR advice and supporting business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on federal employment legislation, case law, and employment law to ensure accurate interpretation and application in the workplace.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of industrial relations principles and frameworks to inform advice and support business needs.
- Conduct research and analysis to solve complex problems and provide pragmatic solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear understanding and implementation of advice.
- Manage competing demands and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes.
