Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and professional Quality Assurance Specialist to lead quality management and support across our portfolio of on-demand programs and courses.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the coordination, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of a comprehensive Quality Management System, ensuring alignment with university policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Champion inclusive education by supporting adherence to Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles in all course design activities.
  • Ensure courses and programs align with established adult learning and pedagogical standards outlined in our Design Framework.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the organization, enhancing the student learning and assessment experience through evidence-based strategies and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee regular course and program maintenance activities, including scheduling and delivery of long-term review cycles.
  • Support risk management processes to ensure compliance with university and regulatory frameworks.
  • Use data-driven approaches to monitor and evaluate course and program delivery, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring quality standards are upheld.
  • Prepare and deliver regular quality assurance reports, providing actionable insights to improve program delivery and the overall student experience.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders on quality assurance initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of regulatory audits, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or other tertiary qualification in combination with relevant industry experience in quality assurance and learning design.

Candidates must have full unrestricted work rights and may be subject to a National criminal history check.
