About Our Product Development Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Developer to join our team. As a key member of our product development group, you will play a critical role in driving the development of our product range across assigned categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate according to LSKD's core principles, including Design and Production, and 1% Better.
  • Lead by example with integrity, embodying Hungry, Humble Smart values.
  • Collaborate closely with our Creative Direction team to understand LSKD's product vision and community needs.
  • Work with our merchandise teams to build category ranges through creative concepts and design.
  • Generate innovative ideas for new products, features, and enhancements that align with our Creative Direction and community insights.
  • Apply market research, trend analysis, and product testing insights into the development of our product ranges.
  • Translate conceptual designs into actionable plans, considering factors such as materials, functionality, and cost.
  • Oversee prototyping and testing processes, working closely with partners and internal teams to create samples and prototypes.
  • Develop and refine product specifications, taking technical pattern making into account throughout the development process.
  • Ensure high-quality products by conducting thorough testing and validation.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with the team, fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and excellence.
  • Source and manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
  • Monitor lead times and production schedules to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement quality assurance processes and standards to maintain product integrity and meet customer expectations.
