Production Manager – Home Improvement Installations (QLD Expansion) Join a National Leader in Outdoor Living

Just Quality is one of Australia's fastest-growing home improvement brands. We deliver premium outdoor solutions — from pergolas, carports, and decking to outdoor blinds, roller shutters, turf, and roofing.

We're expanding into Queensland and are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead installations and bring their own trade network to hit the ground running.

About the Role

As Production Manager – QLD, you'll be responsible for building and running the installation arm of our new branch. To succeed, you'll need to bring a minimum of two established installation teams with you from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Bring and manage at least 2 installer teams (subcontractor crews) to start operations immediately.

Manage scheduling of installations across QLD.

Expand the subcontractor/installer network as the branch grows.

Oversee project delivery: on-time, on-budget, to our premium quality standards.

Ensure compliance with QBCC, WHS, and council approvals.

Resolve site/design issues to keep projects on track.

Monitor margins and reduce rework.

Drive quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

Strong trade network — must be able to supply a minimum of 2 installation teams immediately.

5+ years' experience in construction/project/site management.

Background in outdoor home improvements, carpentry, building, or trades highly valued.

QBCC Supervisor or Builder Low Rise licence preferred.

Strong scheduling, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Hands-on, practical, and able to manage multiple projects each week.
