
Human Resource Systems Manager

This is a unique opportunity to be part of the Global Human Resources Operations (GHRO) team, responsible for developing and executing HR services and information to employees, managers, and HR partners throughout the Enterprise.
The GHRO team aims to provide excellent customer service by processing HR transactions accurately in accordance with various segment HR policies and handling enterprise HR inquiries efficiently.
- Administer system changes to support employee work life cycle events
- Conduct daily system maintenance and ensure data accuracy
- Analyze daily work to identify opportunities for improvement and drive enhancements for better cast member experience
The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems such as SAP and Workday, with a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information. They will also have strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and a positive approach to their working day.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
