Job Title

A Human Resources Manager is sought after by a global consumer services company to join their People and Culture team.

  • This is a mid-senior level, full-time position in the human resources field.
About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will report to the General Manager, People & Culture and will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering the People Operations roadmap including objectives aligned to goals and success measures/KPIs which underpin the broader People & Culture departmental strategy.
  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement and constantly seeking out operational efficiencies to improve ways of working.
  • Leading an established, high-performing people operations team.
  • Overseeing the Employee Data Governance Frameworks throughout the employee lifecycle and providing performance reporting to the GM People & Culture and ELT along with risks/opportunities for improvements.
  • In close partnership with IT, identifying, assessing and providing recommendations to optimize the People Technology roadmap including leverage of tools to produce people metrics which enable data-driven decision by the P&C SLT.
  • Managing people systems vendor performance to SLAs, ensuring their accountability through regular performance reporting.
  • Producing monthly and quarterly performance reporting across people operations areas.
  • Collaborating with a range of departments such as P&C, warehouses, service centers, brand, marketing and operations teams to ensure employee experience expectations of the people operations function are upheld.
About You

You will have previous significant experience in People Operations/HR leadership roles managing diverse teams together with the following attributes:

  • Demonstrated experience in improving employee experiences through continuous improvement of people operations practices (both on small and large scales).
  • HRIS development and/or implementation of large HRIS systems preferred.
  • Proven experience driving team performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficient with other Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field preferred.
