Job Title: Senior Human Resource Systems Analyst

The University is seeking a Senior Human Resource Systems Analyst to play a key role in the implementation of a new cloud-based HR system. The successful candidate will drive the project forward, working closely with stakeholders across the university and external vendors.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Drive the implementation of the new HR system
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery
* Develop and execute test cases for user acceptance testing
* Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth transition to future state systems
* Maintain robust documentation and present critical insights and risks

**Requirements:**
* Deep expertise in contemporary HR systems such as SuccessFactors
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
* Ability to transform data from various sources into actionable insights
* Thorough understanding of HR processes, systems, and regulations including Enterprise Agreements and their technical implications
* Knowledge of system integrations, APIs and middleware, and stakeholder management
