We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant to facilitate the development and maintenance of strong customer relationships, promoting our products and services in Western Australia.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have automotive knowledge and industry interest, preferably with experience in truck/heavy equipment aftersales and total solution selling. Key responsibilities include actively promoting aftersales services to existing and potential customers, providing customer parts quotations and sales support, driving Parts and Service sales to meet/exceed sales targets, increasing market share through customer prospecting and relationship building, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, managing assigned customer accounts and negotiating new business opportunities, and assisting the Parts and Service teams in related product support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by promoting aftersales services to existing and potential customers.
  • Provide expert support in customer parts quotations and sales.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and drive Parts and Service sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
  • Assist the Parts and Service teams in related product support, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

Successful Candidate Profile:

A high-performing individual with a passion for the automotive industry, preferably with experience in truck/heavy equipment aftersales and total solution selling. The successful candidate will possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
