'Truck Centre (WA) is WA's sole Mack, UD and Volvo Truck Specialist Dealership'. With 8 branches operating successfully state wide, we pride ourselves in taking on the prestigious responsibility of being the 'Single Largest Truck Transport Solution in WA.'

**About the Role**

We are seeking an Aftersales Business Consultant to join our team based in Forrestfield. This role is responsible for facilitating the development and maintenance of strong relationships with existing and potential customers in order to promote Truck Centre WA products and services. To be successful in this position you must be a self-motivated, hardworking individual who thrives on meeting the needs of our customers.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, this role will see you:

- Actively promoting TCWA's aftersales services
- Increase TCWA's market share through customer prospecting and relationship building
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers
- Drive Parts and Service sales to meet/exceed sales targets
- Provide customer parts quotations and sales support
- Manage assigned customer accounts and negotiating new business opportunities
- Assisting the Parts and Service teams in related product support

**The Successful Applicant**

To be considered for this role, you will need to be a high performing individual who is able to think outside the box. Successful applicants will possess:

- Automotive knowledge and industry interest
- Previous experience in truck/ heavy equipment aftersales with a background in mechanics/service/parts (highly desirable)
- Previous experience in total solution selling
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining positive internal and external relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work successfully unsupervised
- Passion and motivation to meet customer expectations and meet/exceed KPI's
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Strong computer literacy skills.
