We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to Lead People Insights to join our award-winning team. As a key member, you will play an important role in using data to drive strategic decisions related to our people.

About the Role

The Data Analyst to Lead People Insights will be responsible for maintaining critical dashboards, exploring new data sourcing and insights that support initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, maintaining, and improving PowerBI dashboards tailored for specific teams, including Executive Leadership and People Leaders.
  • Collaborating with the People teams to analyse people data, identifying trends, and providing strategic insights for informed decision-making and continuous improvement within the organisation.
  • Crafting compelling narratives around data insights, translating sophisticated findings into actionable recommendations for different team members.
  • Staying updated on industry standard methodologies, new technologies, and advancements in data visualization tools to continuously improve PowerBI dashboard capabilities.
  • Training and mentoring team members on building a strong narrative around data findings, improving their ability to convey insights persuasively.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; preferably specialising in People Analytics.
  • Experience in data analysis, preferably in a HR or people analytics role.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, data manipulation, and data visualisation using tools such as Python, SQL, and PowerBI.
  • Experience working in data lakes (e.g. Snowflake Microsoft, AWS, or Google) as well as with legacy data warehouses such as SQL databases.
  • Understanding of HR processes, metrics, and standard methodologies.
  • Proven record of working independently, prioritising tasks, and balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
