Job Description

This role leads the strategic direction of People Insights and Technology across a large, complex organisation, delivering impactful data-informed solutions to shape workforce planning and people strategies.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can lead the development and implementation of a scalable CSIRO technology roadmap, partner with IT and vendors to ensure seamless systems integration, drive automation optimisation, and enhancement of HR technology platforms, and lead and develop a high-performing team delivering insights and system solutions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP and SuccessFactors, strong technical expertise across HR analytics tools and data governance frameworks, a proven track record in leading system upgrades, implementations and process automation, experience managing a team and influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
