We are seeking a skilled and experienced People Analytics Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert analysis and reporting to senior leaders, driving business insights, and developing strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver high-quality analytics reports and insights to inform business decisions
- Lead the development of an emerging People analytics team, focusing on data strategy, process improvement, and talent management
- Manage a small team of analysts and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business outcomes
- Analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations
- Research best practices in HR analytics, industry trends, and technologies to enhance reporting capabilities
- Proven experience in People analytics, reporting, or a related field
- Advanced skillset in data visualization, statistical analysis, and data modeling
