
Business Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as an Account Executive. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for onboarding new restaurants through a consultative sales approach.
Your primary goal will be to enhance restaurants' revenue by applying best-in-class front-of-house management and online reservation technology.
You will identify and approach prospective restaurant clients for customized product demos to sell OpenTable products, achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets, build and maintain high-level relationships as a trusted adviser to our clients, and use Salesforce to develop strategic plans, forecasts, and process contracts.
To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for hospitality and technology, be able to understand economic and industry drivers affecting restaurants, and possess strong discovery skills, asking impactful questions and relating concepts effectively.
You should also be analytical, capable of assessing business opportunities and reading prospective buyers, proficient in Google Suite and Salesforce CRM, empathetic, team-oriented, and eager to collaborate and learn, and ambitious, persistent, and self-motivated with a focus on outbound activities and professionalism.
