**The Opportunity**
Do you have a hunger for sales, competition and enjoy a challenge? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Representative to be the ambassador for our brand, promoting our products, building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Based out of our office in Canning Vale and targeting the West Australian region, and some limited regional areas, you will be responsible for:

- Achieving set sales targets and profitable business growth for the Company within the designated sales territory
- Representing the INNOVA range of products and promotion of this range to builders, architects, designers, specifiers and contractors and create demand for our established merchant channel
- Identifying and cold calling prospective clients
- Utilising CRM to update sales activities and achieving periodic KPI’s
- Identifying construction projects and product specification opportunities
- Developing and implementing account, market and technical support strategies
- Contributing to the development of sales budgets
- Delivering client presentations and product training
- Maintaining a current knowledge of Company products and market conditions
- Maintaining a current knowledge of legal and ethical standards

**What Success looks like**
- Increasing market share and distribution
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Management or similar role.
- Understanding of sales process and selling and negotiation skills
- Customer centric approach with exceptional relationship building abilities
- Proven track record in achieving objectives, meeting budgets and activity reporting
- Experience in construction and construction materials industry is highly desirable
- Strong computer literacy, highly organised and attention to detail
