Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Brand Ambassador. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a career in Promotions/Marketing, working with a dynamic and award-winning team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our clients, engaging with locals, and representing our radio station. As a Brand Ambassador, you will work independently, with minimal supervision, and have the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

About the Role:

  • Previous experience working within customer service or promotions;
  • An active, cheerful, and highly approachable "people person" with a strong customer service focus;
  • A solid understanding of, and experience using social media;
  • A commitment to maintaining the integrity of our brand at all times;
  • The ability to engage with and meet the expectations of our clients;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • A proactive team player with a "can do" attitude;
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to take initiative in all sorts of situations;

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase brand awareness;
  2. Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community groups;
  3. Represent the company at events and promotional activities;
  4. Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries;
  5. Manage and maintain accurate records and reports;
  6. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities;
