Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced business development representative to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and maintaining business partnerships in the grocery channel, leading and mentoring a team of direct reports, and contributing effectively as a member of the field team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of direct reports
- Superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities
- Adherence to provided occupational health and safety guidelines
- Contribute effectively as a member of the field team
- Liaising with key decision makers in store
Requirements:
- An energetic and resilient achiever who can demonstrate a strong drive for results
- Superior customer focus with a challenge-driven approach
- Fmcg experience is preferred but not essential
- Confident leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Forward-thinking planning skills to stay ahead of the game
