Job Title: Aboriginal Support Coordinator

We are seeking experienced and passionate professionals to join our Universal Aftercare program across the Central Coast and Greater Newcastle regions.

About the Role:

Your role will involve providing therapeutic supports and short-term psychological interventions to connect Aboriginal people and families with culturally appropriate services and supports.

You will expand your case management and care coordination skills, working as part of a multidisciplinary team in providing evidence-based best practice and high-quality services.
