We are seeking a highly skilled leader to manage the end-to-end booking process. Key responsibilities include overseeing a team of professionals, ensuring high service standards and efficiency in sales administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering excellent client relationships and implementing retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the bookings process from start to finish

  • Deliver insightful reporting and performance tracking to drive decision-making
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, bookings or sales administration leadership
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/booking systems
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership
  • Experience in transport, logistics or education/resources sectors
  • Familiarity with contract management and pricing strategies
  • Ability to analyse sales and service performance data for continuous growth
