We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving business development and lead generation.
">About the Role:
The Business Growth Expert will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities include market research, lead generation, sales presentations, contract negotiations, and working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in business development and lead generation
- Strong skills in sales presentations, contract negotiations, and client relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to perform market research and develop strategic plans
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the utilities, arbor, construction, or rail industries is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
