We are seeking an experienced Performance and Reward Lead to support our Melbourne team in a transformative organisation dedicated to enhancing healthcare and improving lives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of recommendations and solutions related to Remuneration and Benefits.
- Contribute to the effective governance of the global job family framework.
- Oversee annual salary survey data contributions and reporting for designated survey partners.
- Extensive experience in Performance and Reward.
- Strong analytical abilities, with advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Experience in administering HRIS systems; familiarity with Workday is highly desirable.
- Proven reporting experience within large, complex organisations.
- Strong systems, process, and reporting capabilities in a matrix environment.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and service delivery skills.
- Proficient data collection skills, with the ability to transform information into actionable insights.
- Ability to manage and prioritise competing demands while maintaining a client-focused approach.
This is a temporary contract opportunity with a salary range of AUD76 - AUD96 per hour. The role is based in Melbourne and requires a mid-management level of experience.
