About the Opportunity
This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic global Performance and Compensation team. Based in Melbourne, the successful candidate will report to the Reward and Performance Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Along with general Performance and Reward duties, the role will see you:
- Support the Group Reward and Performance team and contribute to the Annual Performance and Reward Review process
- Provide reporting and analysis, particularly in Excel, and insights, and work with large amounts of sensitive data for the purposes of salary surveys, benchmarking, and annual reviews
- Audit remuneration data to ensure the accuracy of data in the Payroll and HR systems, and investigate and resolve any discrepancies
- Provide day-to-day support to the business on performance and remuneration related issues and queries. Take an active support role in remuneration activities such as remuneration reviews, incentive payments, and graduate/intern rate reviews
- Provide Australian-specific reporting and guidance on WGEA and assist the delivery of the end of year Performance and Remuneration cycle
- Contribute to the growth and development of your performance and reward career, especially as Beca continues its Australian growth
About You
Experience in a similar position, with corporate exposure to performance and rewards, awards, and some involvement in benefits would be beneficial. A degree in Commerce is preferred but not necessary, depending on your experience.
