We are seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at creating high-quality proposals and tenders in response to RFPs, RFIs, and other business opportunities.

Job Description:

  • Analyse solicitation documents to determine response requirements and strategy
  • Write, edit, and format proposal content using the input obtained from all sources in a concise, responsive, logical fashion, while ensuring the information provided complies with the specifications
  • Ensure proposals are compliant, well-organised, and submitted on time

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in proposal writing, tender coordination, marketing or similar
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and PowerPoint); experience with Canva or other publishing tools is a plus
  • Time management and organisational skills, including proven experience of working within a deadline driven environment
