Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Specialist to join our team in a permanent position.

This role involves developing and managing high-quality proposals that showcase expertise and capabilities, as well as assisting in the development of clear win strategies and pitches.

The successful candidate will have excellent content creation skills, strong proposal management experience, and the ability to work with competing priorities to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong working relationship with Sales to generate a deep understanding of customers and their preferences
  • Assist in the development of clear win strategies/pitches for each proposal, ensuring win themes are clear and compelling
  • Craft narratives that are powerful, persuasive, and always meet the brief
  • Create high-quality content for customers, including leave behinds, pitch decks, vendor results documents, handbooks, and customer presentations
  • Ensure proposal document quality, completeness, and delivery
  • Maintain brand standards and consistency of message and design across various mediums
  • Interpret data to present engaging and accurate visual aids
  • Write win themes, executive summaries, and non-technical responses
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders for their submission input to ensure information is accurate and suitable to the client
  • Adhere to a consistent, cohesive proposal submission workflow for all proposals
  • Generate regular reports on proposal metrics and provide insights
  • Drive continuous improvement through post-bid reviews

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience and/or interest in the asset remarketing industry and e-commerce environments (advantageous)
  • Possession of a passion for curating compelling and persuasive narratives with a creative approach to content layout and template design
  • Strong communication, project management, and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders when managing workflow and competing deadlines
  • Highly adaptable and decisive with the ability to problem-solve in fast-paced environments
  • Positive attitude and ambition to win with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong data visualization skills
  • Ability to create content suitable for multiple mediums
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in proposal management
