Energy Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Energy Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team in the APAC region.
The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience managing energy infrastructure projects; demonstrates initiative, clear-headed problem solving, and mastery of the tactical detail for each project.
You'll be responsible for project ownership and execution, which requires understanding/managing the scope and schedule and keeping all parties in sync.
- Overall management of EPC sub-contractors for all phases of construction of projects including design, construction, commissioning, and completion
- Understand and manage the grid connection agreement during construction and testing phases
- Interface with and manage internal and external stakeholders, from contracting stage through execution and handover to Service
- Identify gaps in scope and responsibility to ensure project success, requiring a comprehensive understanding of engineering, construction, permitting concepts and rules of conduct
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project ownership and execution
- Manage EPC sub-contractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with contractual conditions and Tesla's agreements
- Prepare regular reports on project status and risk
What You'll Bring:
- Engineering degree (Civil or Electrical Preferred), Tertiary qualifications or relevant work experience
- 5+ years of end-to-end project management experience
- PMP/PMC certification preferred
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Knowledge of construction contracts, subcontracts, and the bid process
- Basic knowledge of Electrical infrastructure
- Ability to manage field construction activities and resources
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
