About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of high-profile renewable energy infrastructure projects across South Australia and Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Tender Support: Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders, providing technical expertise and ensuring competitive submissions.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.
  • Risk & Safety Management: Identify and mitigate risks, upholding strict safety protocols and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience working on HV transmission lines, substations, and large-scale energy projects.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects, particularly in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of HSEQ principles, risk management, and compliance requirements.
  • Technical Qualifications: Technical qualifications in engineering or trade disciplines.
  • Skills & Competencies: Proficient in project planning tools and the MS Office suite, analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus superannuation and attractive benefits package.
