Senior Business Solutions Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced Senior Business Solutions Specialist to support the delivery of a major HR systems transformation project.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, conducting system analysis and testing, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure the solution meets business needs.

  • Lead requirements gathering and documentation for HR technology solutions.
  • Analyse and interpret HR data to inform system configuration and decision-making.
  • Conduct system testing and defect management.

Key Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR technology implementations and systems development.
  • Strong business analysis skills, with proven experience in data review and system testing.
  • Experience with procurement processes and vendor management.
