About the Role

The Senior Process Specialist will be responsible for delivering technical expertise in process design, simulation, and analysis, as well as developing and maintaining process designs and documentation. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of process systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain process designs, simulations, and analyses">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process systems and equipment">
  • Ensure compliance with technically acceptable standards and regulatory requirements">
  • Manage and coordinate the design efforts of team members to achieve satisfactory project performance outcomes">
  • Develop and maintain high-quality engineering design deliverables">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

">
  • ">
  • Extensive senior-level experience in process engineering, preferably in the construction or oil and gas industries">
  • Proven expertise in detailed design, including process design basis preparation, simulations, heat and material balances (H&MB), equipment sizing, and developing PFDs and P&IDs">
  • Active involvement in process safety reviews such as HAZID, HAZOP, and SIL assessments">
  • Strong knowledge of gas processing plants, LNG plants, and power generation stations">
  • Familiarity with future energy or decarbonization projects is a plus, along with experience in commissioning and start-up processes">
