Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager - Governance, Risk and Compliance to join our client's team. This is a rewarding role that offers extensive learning and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of governance, risk and compliance frameworks
  • Supporting the delivery of strategic and organisational objectives through effective GRC management
  • Promoting a risk-aware culture within the organisation
  • Developing and implementing effective risk management strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team
  • Reporting on risk and compliance issues to senior management
  • Contributing to strategic planning and decision-making
  • Managing internal and external audits

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead strategically
  • Expertise in risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Ability to develop and implement effective change management strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and manage relationships
  • Experience in preparing and presenting complex reports for senior management and committees
  • Knowledge of relevant legislative requirements and industry best practices

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
