Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Governance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our project managers, including preparation of governance committee submission papers, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and other documents.
You will also undertake assurance reviews of all governance meeting agendas, papers, and project gateway stage deliverables prior to issue to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Project Gateway process. Additionally, you will develop and maintain local systems, policies, processes, and tools to ensure the effective management and tracking of project governance and assurance matters.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and coordinate governance committee submission papers, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and other documents.
- Undertake assurance reviews of governance meeting agendas, papers, and project gateway stage deliverables to ensure compliance with the Project Gateway process.
- Develop and maintain local systems, policies, processes, and tools to manage project governance and assurance matters.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience working in complex, large-scale projects across infrastructure and natural resources.
- A suitable combination of comprehensive experience in project assurance and/or administration activities.
As a Senior Project Governance Specialist at Turner & Townsend, you can expect a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, superannuation, and annual leave.
