About the Role



As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing specialist advice on data governance and compliance to support the successful operation of our business.
This includes ensuring that we meet all relevant regulatory requirements, including those related to privacy and data protection.

Responsibilities



- Provide expert advice on data governance and compliance matters to various stakeholders across the organisation.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to data governance and compliance.
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with data governance and compliance.
- Collaborate with other teams to implement changes and improvements to our data governance and compliance framework.

Requirements



- Extensive experience in data governance and compliance, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of Australian laws and regulations related to data governance and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
