About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Governance and Compliance Leader to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in implementing and overseeing our governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective governance, risk, and compliance strategies to drive business growth and minimize risks.
  • Oversee all governance, risk, and compliance matters within the department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Promote a risk-aware culture within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Report on risk and compliance issues to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead strategically and manage complex projects.
  • Expertise in risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential risks, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective change management strategies, communicating effectively with stakeholders and managing relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and manage relationships, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong partnerships.
