Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth and lead the development of our bridge division, focusing on major transport infrastructure projects.

  • Represent our capabilities to key clients across the eastern seaboard.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the transport and infrastructure sectors.
  • Maintain strong commercial relationships with clients and partners through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Understand technical bridge construction methods and promote these capabilities to the market.
  • Support estimation and delivery teams in tendering and project scope development.
  • Collaborate under alliance and joint venture contract models to achieve strategic goals.

Key qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction, or business.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the civil infrastructure sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian infrastructure market and established client networks.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to engage effectively with decision-makers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel interstate as required.

This role offers a competitive salary package up to $160-190K + super + vehicle, depending on experience. You will work with a forward-thinking contractor delivering high-impact infrastructure projects.
