Bridge Development Specialist

This role is pivotal to driving the growth of our bridge division, focusing on major transport infrastructure projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Represent our bridge structure capabilities to key clients, including government agencies and engineering consultancies.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across transport and infrastructure sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients and partners.
  • Understand technical bridge construction methods and promote these capabilities to the market.
  • Collaborate closely with estimating and delivery teams to assist with tenders, project scopes, and technical presentations.
  • Support efforts under alliance and joint venture contract models.
  • Achieve agreed KPIs while working autonomously and strategically.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction, or business are preferred.
  • Proven business development or sales experience in the civil infrastructure sector is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the infrastructure market in Australia, with established client networks highly regarded.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to engage effectively with decision-makers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel interstate as required.
