The Business Development Manager role plays a pivotal part in driving growth and expansion in the transport infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent bridge structure capabilities to key clients, including government agencies, asset owners, and engineering consultancies.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across transport sectors.
- Build strong commercial relationships with clients and partners.
- Understand technical bridge construction methods and promote these capabilities.
- Work closely with estimating and delivery teams to assist with tenders and project scopes.
- Support collaboration efforts under alliance models.
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering or business are desirable.
- Proven business development experience in civil infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of the Australian infrastructure market.
- Commercial acumen and ability to engage decision-makers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel interstate as required.
