We're seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic People & Culture team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of recruitment, including attraction and retention strategies, as well as supporting recruitment for high-volume warehousing positions and specialized roles in marketing, sales, finance, and customer service.

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with hiring managers to establish best practice recruitment processes and drive attraction and retention strategies. You'll also be responsible for building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
  • Provide market insights and data-driven hiring recommendations to support informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide hiring managers through the recruitment process.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and a focus on data-driven decision-making.
