As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in enhancing the recruitment journey for incoming candidates, while leveraging your knowledge to drive business results.

In this challenging yet rewarding position, you will be expected to:

  • Sources suitable candidates for key roles
  • Phone screens candidates
  • Leverages a range of recruitment channels, tools, and strategies
  • Maintains active presence on company social and recruitment platforms
  • Holds solid knowledge of each job role and its requirements
  • Responds to external queries efficiently
  • Cultivates, manages, and grows an internal talent pool
  • Negotiates relationships with external agencies
  • Reports on weekly activity performance

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least one year of completed study
  • An ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and enthusiastic nature, with a willingness to learn and adapt
