Your Role at Brook:

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates.
  • Cultivating and maintaining robust client relationships.
  • Driving business growth through exceptional talent acquisition and strategic business development.
  • Attending networking events and building client and candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Attend events and meetings with clients to build networks and connections.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in an established agency.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a sales-focused environment and drive business development.
  • Strong consultative approach and ability to build lasting relationships.
  • High energy, passion for success, and outstanding communication skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum based on location and experience.
